Gentech Capital Corp. will purchase all outstanding shares of Corpnet InfoHub Ltd., which owns and operates CareerExchange.com.

Upturns
First quarter statistics revealed an increase in executive searches of 6 percent over the fourth quarter of last year, signaling a possible economic rebound, according to the Association of Executive Search Consultants. The association reports that evidence shows that the ups and downs in executive search appear to be a 6-month leading indicator of the health of U.S. business.
