Artemis Management Systems , a subsidiary of Finnish IT-management company, Proha, will acquire an 80-percent stake in Opus360. The new entity will be named Artemis International Corporation.
Triad Personnel Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Employment Enterprises, Inc. acquires Generation Technologies, Inc., a provider of information technology contract staffing services.
Pay Watch
Among other findings from a recent 6FigureJobs.com survey, 79 percent of polled executives report that their salary expectations have moderated somewhat, seeking an average increase of 14 percent in total compensation.
