William Warren, founder of job board Online Career Center, which eventually became Monster.com, now heads WOWemployers Network, a just-launched recruitment venture. According to the Indianapolis Star, Monster's parent company TMP Worldwide is suing Warren and 18 former Monster.com employees for allegedly conspiring to take confidential marketing data, customer contact lists, and other information, such as financial information and pricing policies.
HireAbility.com introduces its Service Agent for Recruiting And Hiring, aka SARAH, an ASP tool suite for sales and recruiting, with an integrated Internet career center and applicant tracking. SARAH can distinguish between proprietary and open resumes, and offers upgrade in search precision through the use of HR-XML.
Enthusian TalentAxissm is a web-based tool that is designed to integrate internal and external recruiting sources across all skill sets and levels of an organization's workforce, including contract and full-time workers. Enthusian is a new subsidiary from a partnership between From Spherion Corporation and Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting.

Customers of Recruitsoft and Greentree Systems, a national vendor of applicant tracking and resume scanning software, will be able to post job openings on the RecruitUSA network of more than 700 online job boards and other career sites.
techies.com closed its fifth round of financing in the amount of $7.7 million, bringing the total capital invested in the company to $97.5 million. Investors include Crosslink Capital, Norwest Ventures, J. & W. Seligman, Winton Partners, East Peak Partners, and CNET.
