HTC Research Corp. claims it will provide recruiters with names of qualified candidates staffing positions with 72 hours, and these candidates are guaranteed to be qualified and interested in that company. HTC reports, that although it is not a database company, it maintains a database (powered by RecruitMax software) of more than 400,000 names, 190,000 profiles (abbreviated resumes) and 130,000 resumes.
