In today's ERN, John Sumser talks again about the role of the CTO (Chief Talent Officer) and the correct approach to employment branding.

The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) increased 0.2 percent in October, before seasonal adjustment, to a level of 174.0. For the 12-month period ended in October, the CPI-U increased 3.4 percent. The Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) rose 0.1 percent in October, prior to seasonal adjustment.

Real average weekly earnings were essentially unchanged between September and October after seasonal adjustment, according to preliminary data. A 0.4-percent increase in average hourly earnings was offset by a 0.3-percent decline in average weekly hours and a 0.1-percent rise in the CPI-W.
