Introverted Or Was That Intuitive?
CareerBuilder and MSN Careers found that one-fourth of the nearly
6,000 job seekers responding to a recent poll are either reluctant to take
employer-mandated personality tests or would refuse to take such tests. One professional examines personality test vendors
and automated selection systems.
In this author's opinion, any degree of
insight helps, but there is nobody who is as valuable (content being equal)
as one who knows his/her own reactivity patterns and is at least aware of
how they self-manage in tense situations or of what they are responsive to
in the environment … and there are no tests for that level of sort.
