Korn/Ferry International will serve as an executive recruiter for Mexican President-elect Vicente Fox Quesada for key administration positions.

BrainBuzz.com opens an office in St. Louis.

HotJobs.com will conduct a competitive review of advertising agencies. The account is reported to be valued between $30 and $35 million.

According to new figures out of IDC, by the year 2004 companies will be spending about $99.1 billion to maintain a competitive presence on the Internet.
