RecruiterRegistry is a free service designed to deliver qualified candidate resumes via e-mail.
Rate-A-Recruiter.com, a new Searchbase.com site, allows executives and hiring officers to post detailed reviews of their experience with specific recruiters that any interested party can read.
Validea.com is another reviewer site designed to rank stock market pundits.
Reveille
Adauction.com, an online broker for selling and buying advertising space, has changed its name to OneMediaPlace and received a $25 million investment from CMGI's venture capital unit.
ComputerJobs.com has completed its second round of equity financing totaling $15 million, led by Internet Capital Group and Mellon Ventures.
Monster.com announces 7 million registered job seekers on its site.
Healthcare companies Johnson & Johnson, US Oncology, Eli Lilly, and McKessonHBOC have chosen Hire.com e-Recruiter for their recruiting efforts.

A PeopleSoft Human Resources Management Systems and Callidus TrueComp software alliance provide sales commission management to HR managers.
Layoffs, Earnings, and Older Workers
Individuals earning at least $100,000 took up to 63 percent longer to find new jobs in 1999 than in 1998, according to a recent national survey of 400 displaced workers who participated in outplacement programs. Conducted by OI Partners, Inc., a career consulting partnership, the survey also revealed that downsizing continues to be the leading cause of termination.
