Personal privacy on the job may be the latest oxymoron courtesy of new surveillance software. Capable of covertly recording keystrokes made on employee computers, the software automatically emails the documents to the employee's supervisor. While an employee may argue that his draft thoughts are his own, courts have consistently held that communications written on company-provided computers aren't private under current law.
